Get to Know Me
I am a native Sarasotan with over 27 years of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. I graduated from University of Central Florida in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. I immediately started working in a mortgage brokerage firm and in 1998 I opened my own mortgage brokerage business: Higher Ground Mortgage Co. To further my education, I obtained my Real Estate License in 2000. I have since enjoyed serving my customers with a one-stop shopping approach to homebuying. I can provide you with an initial preapproval and then help you search for the perfect home. However, you are welcome to utilize any mortgage professional you wish. Either way, I can still be there as a consultant. I love helping people and am very knowledgeable about the pitfalls that could derail your mortgage approval. My expertise will help assess if there are any issues EARLY ON so there will be the best possibility that you will be cleared to close on your new home purchase!
